Touch panel displayed "Unable to communicate with the codec"

Hi we have a conferencing device with touch panel. But we can't see and hear anything after other people joined. The touch panel displayed "Unable to communicate with the codec" suddenly.

What happened? Is it related to IP address?

Did  the Codec Restarted during the conference ? is the Touch connected directly or through a switch ?

we received the message on touch panel during the conference. And no sounds and video freeze, so we restarted the device. What's the possible reason?

Touch panel is it connected directly or through switch ? Check the codec.

I had a navigator directly attached to a cloud connected room kit plus that froze up yesterday.  rebooted and then everything was fine.  not certain what caused my issue either.
