TPServer 8710 - Custom conference ending notification text not

Hi Onur,

So we have 3 issues,

Custom conference ending notification text, CTS-Man notification 10 minute and 2 minute from TPS.

This should be for scheduled meetings, no Rendevouz

-Which version of CTSMAN?

-Do you see the OBTP in CTS?

-Do you see OBTP in C20 ?

-Do you see the scheduled meeting in CTS-Man?

-When in conference can you send a regular text to CTS?

For one of the issue:

Custom conference ending notification text

Customer conference ending notification text

If you check help:

Use custom conference ending notification text                     Allows the TelePresence Server to use a custom message to warn participants that the conference is ending.

The TelePresence Server uses a default message unless you enable and enter a custom message. The default message is This conference is about to end.

Does not apply to Cisco CTS endpoints.  See the endpoint interoperability reference for details

Hi,

Could you provide a few more details please;

   - What software version are you running on the 8710?

   - What sort of endpoints are you using?

   - How are you scheduling your conferences?

   - What you you see show up on the endpoint screen two minutes before the end of the conference - is it the default text, or nothing at all?

Thanks,

Luc

Hi Gonzalo,

CTSMAN version: 1.9.0.0 (198)

when the meeting scheduled over outlook, the OBTP is appeared on the phone screen

on c20 we dont use the OBTP

all scheduled meetings can be seen on CTSMan

during the conference any text can be sent

let me ask , where can we configure the ending notification text on CTSMAN? also does it appeared on CTS Endpoint screen?

"Does not apply to Cisco CTS endpoints.  See the endpoint interoperability reference for details"  means on CTS endpoints this feature not working?

by the way the link is broken.

Thanks.
