Troubleshooting my DX80

Hi community,

 

Thank you for helping me with my last question.

Today, I had an important meeting coming up, and my DX80 wasn't automatically pairing the endpoint like it was previously. I tried to look up a few tips on how to fix it, but I was able to restart it and it worked. Are there any easier ways to handle this issue if it arises again?

Could you please elaborate more on what do you mean by "pairing

 

Do you mean that the blue tooth pairing stopped working ?

hi @archie_flip when you say pair are you speaking of the proximity feature? 

 

for desktops with Webex meetings app running 1)make sure you are running latest version 2)make sure there are no bluetooth devices causing interference also 3) make sure your mic on the laptops are working properly

 

most likely there could have been something in the area that blocked the proximity from working.  I have seen bang & olufsen feature cause proximity to fail.  Proximity is sensitive when other mics are connected to the laptop or enhanced features like echo cancellation coming from speakers or other applications on your machine.
