Two ReleaseKeys in C60

tdunlap01

Tried to update a C60 from 4 to 5.1.13.  Have ReleaseKey. Tried to install using web browser.  Exception error received.  Telnet to machine and get the following using

xcommand  SystemUnit ReleaseKey Add Key:<key>

No error

xcommand  SystemUnit ReleaseKey List displays two keys

See attached file.

Is assume this is the problem. Can the old Version 4 key be deleted by CLI

Your screenshot already shows that your device has a TC5 release key, so you won't need to add another one for a TC5 upgrade.

Having multiple release keys on the device is not an issue.  I have an old C60 here with 6:

xcommand SystemUnit ReleaseKey List

OK
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 1 Version: "TC2"
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 2 Version: "TC2"
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 3 Version: "TC3"
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 4 Version: "TC5"
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 5 Version: "TC6"
*r SystemUnit ReleaseKey 6 Version: "TC7"
** end

Your issue is more likely to be the version of TC4 that you are running. Try upgrading to TC4.2.4 first, then upgrade to TC5.x
