Two similar Communities, which one to use?

I somehow stumbled across this other Cisco Community.  I am used to posting in  THIS one, but I was wondering if there is supposed to be a different audience for the other one?  They both seem to be a decent place for endpoint, TMS, and VCS support, which is mainly what I am interested in. Should I post in both?

The URL for the other Community:

Don't think there is an official description of what both are meant for, but in my opinion:
Communities is general questions, feedback, etc.
Support Forums is for deployment, configuration, how-to and break-fix.

In my opinion, the "Communities" are generally geared more towards pre-sales questions, while the "Support Forums" are a considerably better place to actually get assistance if you need help with the configuration or use of the devices.
