Hello.

We have an on prem UCUM and looking at how many endpoints would be impacted in our environment if we went to cloud.  Just looking for some information about endpoints and cloud compatibility.  Are SX, MX, DX or EX systems compatible if we mover from an on prem UCUM to UCM Cloud?  What is the difference between a DX80 and a WebEx DX80?  Is it just a software push to make it UCM cloud compatible?

UCM cloud is partner delivered, this is a conversation you need to have with the partner from which you'll get the service.

UCM cloud is the same CUCM you use on-prem.

Ok, thanks Jaime.  So only our partner would know if a Cisco SX80 is compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cloud – Cisco UCM Cloud - Cisco  ?
