Unable to join Telepresence Multipoint meetings

Hello Team,

We are using 1.9.2 CTMS,CTS Man 1.8.3,CTS 1.9 Codecs & CUCM 8.5.1.

For Telepresence Multipoint meetings,People from different Telepresence rooms join the meetings using One button push from their respective rooms. But People who were unable to join the call through Telepresence room, we had WebEx setup for them.

But we have audio issues with WebEx like, whenever any WebEx participant join the on-going Telepresence call, he brought static noise along with him. This static noise is being heard by single Telepresence room, while other rooms able to hear WebEx participant crystal clear.(I have opened a TAC Case# 624709811 for this Issue).

As we had static Issue while using WebEx audio conference,We have asked our participants to Dial-in Multipoint Call-in Number (In our case it is 8000).We have created a Translation pattern for the number 3995 in CUCM,which forwards the dialed call to 8000 through SIP Trunk to CTMS.As soon as we dial this 3995 number, call is getting routed to 8000 and we are getting a prompt "Welcome to Cisco Telepresence Please enter the meeting number followed by Pound Sign".But when we enter the 10 digit meeting number generated by CTMS, we hear an announcement "Your entry is not recognized",though the Telepresence meeting was active and running over the rooms. Please help me to isolate the issue, as we have several multipoint meetings scheduled during this week.

Thanks & Regards,

Solomon.
