Hi Vaibhav,

The call is disconnect with the cause "User busy". Please make sure the following things;

  • the MX800 is not set "Do not disturb".
  • the MX800 doesn't have other calls same time.

What is the call flow? for example; TPS ---(SIP)--- VCS ---(H.323)--- MX800

Can the MX800 answer the calls from except the TPS?

Can the TPS make calls with other endpoints?

Were the calls the MX800 and the TPS working before?

The log message shows the same IP address "115.112.163.243" for both source and dest. I feel strange about this. What is the IP address?

Regards,

Yusuke

The issue was,

  • Whenever MX800 devices gets boot up it sets DoNotDisturb as default conference control,

In this case, even if we change it to ‘Allow’ still it does not reflect and DoNotDisturb keeps active.

  • The Work around is, every time a device is boot up, one has to make a dummy call from the device like call 1234 or something and then after the call dialogue ends, the endpoint turns to DoNotDisturb Inactive without any command.

I tested with  TPS MCU dialing out to this device after above, it works.

Please observe below steps taken.

OK

xstatus Conference  DoNotDisturb…..// I checked the DoNoDisturb Status which is Active

*s Conference DoNotDisturb: Active

** end

OK

xcommand Conference DoNotDisturb ?

xCommand Conference DoNotDisturb Activate

    Timeout: <1..1440>

xCommand Conference DoNotDisturb Deactivate

OK

xcommand Conference DoNotDisturb Deactivate….// I then set this to Deactivate

OK

*r DoNotDisturbDeactivateResult (status=OK):…….// Received OK on this

** end

xstatus Conference  DoNotDisturb……………// Later I checked the status of DoNotDisturb, Ideally it should appear inactive as I deactivated this in above command, however this is still active.

*s Conference DoNotDisturb: Active

** end

OK

//**************** I Made a Dummy call 123 from device**********************//

xstatus Conference DoNotDisturb

*s Conference DoNotDisturb: Inactive……..// It turned Inactive.

** end

OK
