I am using call manager 4.1(3) SR1.
UVA version 2.0.2
h323 to a 3745 which acts as both gateway to a at&t pri circuit and gatekeeper.
I can place an off net call with out the camera. with the camera connected the call does not go through. I would have thought the callmanager would retry the call as audio only.
i don't need the ability for the video to work off net for now. but i don't want to disconnect the camera to make calls.
thought i might try to put a translation in the dial-pots to change the call to speach ?
the camera works great for on net calls to each other and to our polycom vsx7000 units
Thanks for any input
Jeff

The bearer capability (or bearer cap) is the ISDN Layer 3 (L3) service indication that defines the characteristics of a given call. The bearer cap of a call is indicated by the Telco in the Q.931 setup messages. The bearer cap is often used to distinguish among 64k voice (analog) calls, 56k data calls, and 64k data calls.
The bearer capability is part of an ISDN call setup and can be displayed by issuing the debug isdn q931 command on the Cisco router console.
The reasons the call may be rejected is that the Cisco router has not been configured to accept voice/speech calls, or the ISDN circuit has not been properly provisioned.
At this point in troubleshooting, make sure that the Cisco router has been configured to accept voice/speech calls, and that the ISDN service provider has properly provisioned the ISDN circuit.
