unified video advantage install issue

I have a few cameras I have not been able to install. When I install unified video advantage software. I then plug the camera in when asked to finish install. I recieve a message that there was a problem with the install of the device and it may not function properly. I then uninstall and reinstall the software this time it installed but it has no video and locks up the machine. I have tried different usb ports to see if issue is with usb ports. This is only happening on a few machines, it installs properly on other machines.

A couple of quick questions...

- What version of Video Advantage are you trying to install?

- Have you verified the admin rights of the user installing the software?

Yes the Users have admin rights. Also the software version is 11.50.0.42618.

I am confused by the Software Version you referenced, because the latest version is 2.0(3).

Sorry, I was looking at something else when i typed it. It is version 2.0

The only things I can suggest are trying the latest release, and compare the PCs to see if they have any weird software differences (firewall, AV, Windows Hotfixes). Sorry, I don't have any other ideas...
