UPGRADE DX USING TMS 15.9.0

Running TMS 15.9.0 and have DX desktop EP's connected. 

In the Past I have successfully pushed config changes using TMS.

Problem is I have a DX with Ce9.1.3 and I am trying to upgrade to Ce9.8.1 using TMS and it keeps failing.

The file is s52040ce9_8_1-0171ac009c3.pkg 

What is the difference upgrading a DX when remoted in via Chrome verses TMS doing the upgrade ??? 

TMS fails (No firewalls as system is co located) yet upgrading with Chrome, it works ?? 

I have over 200 DX/WEBEX systems to upgrade ... 

Any Ideas ??

The difference is that when doing it in Chrome, it's your PC talking to the endpoint and pushing the update file to it.

When performing the upgrade with TMS, TMS tells the endpoint that it has an upgrade available, then the endpoint requests the file from TMS, so if there is something in your network or infrastructure that stops or interferes with the TMS->endpoint->TMS communications via http/https then that can cause you this type of problem.  Often this is something as simple as the endpoint not having proper DNS settings configured to be able to resolve the address of the TMS server.
