Upgradeing TMS using TMSPE

What is the process of upgrading TMS that is currently using TMSPE?  I know with TMS Agent Legacy, you had to diable replication with any VCSs, but I'm not familiar with TMSPE as of yet, and how to upgrade TMS.

Just upgrade the tms regulary according to documentation. No need to disable polling.
