Are you running x7.2?

We have seen that. Python is 3rd party code which the VCS runs, the version used in x7.2 appears to have a bug. And the version being used has been up-versioned in the soon to be released x7.2.1

Python will restart if it crashes so there shouldn't be too much of an issue. But we'd recommend upgrading to x7.2.1 when it comes out.

Do you need the CDETS number? If so I should be able I post that tomorrow.

I've had similar alarms, I was told;

The crashes were due to a known bug. CSCub89101

The bug is fixed in the new software release X7.2.1 which is due end of Oct./beginning of Nov.

Correct and however due to internal 3^rd party license management, X7.2.1 release may push back to early-to-mid of November.
