VCS and CUCM 8.0 Integration.

Hi,

I have VCS Control ,VCS Expressway  and CUCM 8.0 in the lab.

Please let me know how to integrate CUCM 8.0 with VCS Control and Expressway.

Any Document or supporting URL would be helpful.

      which says "Reason: Service Unavailable"...so my question is whether the trunk to CUCM is showing active on VCS?

      I would look in CUCM to see if the trunk is defined properly and the handling of the incoming message is defined properly.

      I am also getting this error when testint "locate":

      Failed to start locate: Out of resource

      any idea?

      it would appear you're trying to do a LOCATE of SIP alias that is not found in the DEFAULT ZONE and you have not specified a domain name in the alias.

      Yes, is showing as active:

      Failed to start locate: Out of resource

      will come when you try to locate a E.164 number or any alias without a domain and you select the protocol as SIP under locate.

      since the trunk is showing active i think its good if you capture the netlog 2 or diagnostic log when you try to create the issue. and check whether the INVITE is sent to CUCM or not.

      Also i think you would like to open the case with Cisco TAC for this issue.
