VCS-C call policy defaulting to the file instead of the text box
We have a VCS-C configured to use a remote Call Policy service. We also have a CPL file that was in use locally before we implemented the remote CP service. Can we force the VCS to default to that file instead of the text box in the bottom (if the service is unavailable), as the provided 256 character field is too short by far for our needs?
