VCS communicating with Codian MCU

I currently have 5320 codian mcu on 4.5. I also have a vcs that talks to it on 8.8.2. I would like to upgrade the vcs to 8.10 but need to make sure the software wont break any comm between the codian and vcs. I went to the cisco interoperability site and it only talks about the vcs software 8.9. Do you know how the vcs would act with the codian if I upgraded it to 8.10?

Thanks,

John

It's okay to upgrade, X8.10 is a minor release just as X8.9 is, if there were any notable issues, it would be documented in either the release notes or interoperability page.

Thanks for this Patrick. I just have one more question. We also have polycom HDX 8000 codecs which are registered to the vcs. Do you happen to know if it will still be compatible after the upgrade? The interoperability page shows the HDX 9000 are still fine so I assume the 8000 series will be ok as well, I just want to be sure.

Should be fine since they're both HDX endpoints.
