We create a conference in TMS - it adds the appropriate infrastructure, creates a conference ID, etc.
The first 2 people can dial into the conference without issue. Every additional person receives a busy tone.
When checking VCS - I see Conneciton Failed 486 Busy Here.
Has anyone seen this before?
