VCS Expressway can not call to internet/Public IP

Hi All,

I need help, i have vcs expressway installed but when my end point is registered on VCS EXPRESSWAY i can not call to internet or PUBLIC IP.

Hi Muazam ali

Go to VCS configuration > Dial Plan > configuration and set "direct" for Calls to unknown IP addresses.

And configure dial rule for unknown IP address.

what error you are getting? it could anything at this stage, firewall port blocking, misconfiguration of VCS, no searchrule configuraiton, etc.

provide more details but the erro ryou getting.
