VCS Expressway Starter Pack Admin Password

We are running VCS Expressway Starter Pack ver x.7.1. Everyting was working fine until we had to logon as the Admin user. The Admin user and password are still set as the default - admin/TANDBERG. When we try to login via the web inerface (Administrator login) we get the message - Login failed invalid authorization and credentials. When we login via telnet session using admin/TANDBERG we are able to login.

What do we need to do to be able to login via web interface (which had worked previously)?

you are positive you are accessing the 'Admin' login page, not 'User' login?

Have you by any chance configured any per-account or session limits on the 'System' page of the VCS web ui?

If you log in as 'root' over SSH and run the command 'tail -n20 /var/log/messages' immidiately after attempting to log in as 'admin' via web, do you see anything interesting which relates to the failed login?

As Andreas mention, VCS-E Starter Pack has two login pages.

One for system administration, https:///login.

Other for FindMe configuration per user account, https:///user/login.

Unless created “admin” FindMe account, can’t login with admin account by using https:///user/login.

Also please note that default administrator account on VCS-E SP is “admin” not “Admin” (case sensitive).

I am using he following page to login via web:

https:///login

username - admin

password - TANDBERG

When I run the following command on the console (via ssh) as root:

tail -n20 /var/log/messages

I get the following:

Hi dtom,

Which browser do you use? Try Internet explorer9 i think should be work and change default credentials as soon as possible.

I am currently using IE9. I just tried Firefox and it worked fine. Any thoughts as to why IE9 is not working?

Try reset IE9 settings, delete cookies, store passwords etc...
