VCS expressway threat

Hi all,

i have problem with vcs expressway run X7.2, the deployment was dual nic within DMZ, yesterday those vcs-e public ip got blacklist from many reputation in internet, they said the vcs-e make access to spammer ip address so the vcs-e getting blacklist too.

i read about heartbleed in cisco but it doesn't have relation to spam matter, any information will appreciated.

X7.2.0 is subject to a number of security vulnerabilities, not just HeartBleed - there's also a number of OpenSS and GNU Bash vulnerabilities.  It's strongly recommended that you upgrade to at least version X7.2.4 to remediate these issues.  It's further recommended that you upgrade to the latest version (X8.7.3) to further protect your systems from additional CVEs.
