VCS image fail

We have a VCS that will not load the firmware. I have tried to load the 2nd image but that fails too.

I would like to re image the VCS completely but I'm unsure of the commands. I have a TFTP server that I can use but ideally I'm after a little guidance and advice.

I have performed a firmware reload on endpoints before but I'm a little unsure about the VCS.

can you login via ssh to VCS? VCS unlike CUCM doesn't use TFTP for imaging. if you can SSH and then you can do a factory reset. here is how:

login as root, then try to do factory reset:

-    Type in at prompt:   factory-reset

then you can upgrade or install to your desired version.
