VCS LINUX - REPEATED ENTRIES

I am running VCS X8.5.1 on a VM exsi 6.5. 

Getting the following entry on the CLI .. 

init: id "c2" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes 

Any ideas how to fix that ???   

I can't login as admin or root on the CLI ??? 

VCS is operational though ??
