VCS neighbourhood zone

     Morning

I have a neighbourhood zone set up betwwen 2 VCS and it is registered. 1 location has 1 MCU and the other has 2. The location with 1 mcu can only make a call to one of the MCUs at the other location and not the other. Also i cant make a call from either MCU on the side with 2 to the single MCU.

Any ideas? have i configured it wrong on the VCS or MCU

Hello Paul,

We will need more details on the issue you are having. Please provide us with the snap shots of MCU that are configured on both the VCS.

Have you looked at the the search history on the VCS for the call that is failing ? Could you please paste the search history for the call that is failing ?
