VCSE cal is not going outside

Hello Team,

We are facing one issue with vcse with cisco endpoints,while calling to outside the call is going but not able to connect.

It was working previously we have change the pubilc IP address of the VCSE ,rest  other configuration is the same.

regarding the IP address change we have to do any other configuration in the VCS and VCSE ?

The NAT configuration has done in the firewall.

The same network call is going to the outside without gatekeeper...

Please suggest and give the solution..

If you changed the public IP of the VCSE, that has to be configured in the VCSE itself or it will embed the wrong IP address in call setup messages. When logged in as admin go to system, IP, you'll see it there.
