Hi,
I would like an analogue device to receive a busy tone when the far end terminates the call?
I currently have an intercom with a PLAR which the intercom does not hang up because it is not receiving a busy tone when the far end hangs up the call.
I'm running a VG224 with CUCM 8.5(1)SU2 in SCCP mode.

what's the full call flow ?
can you provide the output of debug vpm signal ?

Hi,
The call flow is PLAR enabled Analogue Device > VG224 > CUCM > ARC Console
When the operator disconnects the Analogue device stays off hook and don't want it to redial.

I have performed a no dial tone remote on hook and added tone busy remote on hook on the related dial-peer with no joy
I will get the debug and will also try the voltage denial with supervisory disconnect.

Hi heath,
ok so if the port stays offhook after the operator disconnects then
you can try enabling "no battery" under the voice port that the system is
plugged into.
There is also a supervisory disconnect which can be enabled. Basically it's
a powerdenial system that kicks in when the call ends.
"supervisory disconnect lcfo"
You can try this one also under that voice port.
Make sure you shut/no shut the port after you enter the command.

Hi,
That still had no luck.
Just wished the following command gave back the busy tone with remote on hook as the doco states.
dial-peer voice 223 pots
no tone dialtone remote-onhook
tone busytone remote-onhook
service stcapp
fax rate disable
port 2/23
I will just manually re-configure the intercoms to dial the extension opposed to using a PLAR.
