Video Calls Cisco 9971

Guys,

I am trying to make video calls via the Cisco 9971 to another 9971 on the same cluster but am not able to make a video call at all.

Any ideas on how I would set this up or point me in the right direction on how setting this up

Im running CCM Version System version: 7.1.5.10000-12

Cisco 9971 Firmware version: sip9971.9-0-2

Under Phone configuration > Product Specific Configuration Layout > Cisco Camera has been enabled and so has video capabilities.

But am not able to make a video call side by side from one to another and vice versa.

Hi.. I'm using CUCMBE 7.1.3

My CUCMBE upgrade to  Engineering Special 7.1(3.33030.1),

Cisco 9971 Firmware version: 9971.9-0-3

and Video Call between 9971 is running well.

My problem was solved the onder video where not enabled. :-)

did you also set enough bandwidth between the locations and enabled Video in the regions?
