Video Conferencing over VSAT Link ?

Hi,

Is it possible to have a video conferencing using 2921 CME 8.6 router and 9951 video IP Phone over VSAT Link ?

If yes then what should be the max latency that is acceptable ? What should be the bandwidth ?

Plz help me out with this.

bandwidth should be at least 384k or 512k
