Video Telephony not wprking properly after Upgradre from 7.x to 10.x

Hi,

I have got a cutomer which was updgraded from Version 7.x to 10.x. Now the video telephony is not working correctly. Not enough bandwith ist a error message.

Nothing has changed in the availible bandwith.

Is there any change in the bitrate for video calls? Such as 4k/UHD instead of HD Ready resolution?

How about the region video bandwidth setting?

Is it correctly apply to the video device?
