Table 6 lists a maximum of 10 720p30 calls on the 8 core telepresence server virtual machine.

However, using this in practice we seem to be limited to 5.  If we reduce the video quality however, we can get more than 5.

does it mean 10 video streams?

We are licensed for personal multiparty for every user and have over 1000 licenses.

Can you provide a screenshot of your Conductor conference template that you're using, you might have something else configured in the template that could be consuming resources.

If you're using 720p30 video + 720p5 content, you should be able to connect up to 10 participants.

You have the content channel quality set wrong if you want to be able to connect to 10 participants. If you look at Table 6 of the data sheet you reference in your first post, you should have it set to 720p5, you currently have it set to 720p30 which means you'll only be able to connect to 5 participants.
