I have cisco router 2821 Version 12.4(13r)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)) with one VIC-4FXS-DID.
When I do voice call I get a busy tone! With show voice call sumary i saw that vpm state was FXSLS_PARK in all of four FXS states.
In reloading router and or refreshing the voice interfaces the situation doesnt work out.
Any suggestions to solve this will be highly appreciated.
