VTC Connectivity Gatekeeper change from FQDN to IP Issue

At my organization, we've experienced issues such as "registering" to not dialing in to a specific bridge. We utilize both DX-80'S and WEBEX. It seems that every 3 To 4 months when encountering such issues, we're forced to change the Gatekeeper from FQDN to IP and from IP back to FQDN. Temporarily, this is a band-aid yet not permanent solution. Please help. Thanks.

Hi

There may be many reason for the issue that you are facing but to begin with, please check if your FQDN is properly getting resolved to your gatekeeper IP address

You can do this by running nslookup command on your command prompt and entering the FQDN of your gatekeeper addres. Also Check if the DNS entries on your DX80 has the correct address's (as far as I remember there are 3 DNS entries supported for DX80)
