VX Tactical System Internal Camera not working

Hello Support Team,

Im Using six VXTactical Systems.

I have done a SW Upgrade from TC 6.1.2 to TC 6.2

CTS-TACT-K9 with inegrated SX20 Codec

Four from this systems works fine.

two ohter systems didndt show a picture in the self view since the upgrade.

When i go back with this two Systems to TC 6.1.2 they work fine again.

But we need TC6.2 in this systems otherwise the remotecontrol is not working.

So with this two systems i can only made a voice call.

But the System works fien with an External Camera.

I have allready done a factory reset on this systems.

Sometimes the Self view shows a picture sometimes not.

So does anyone else have the same problem or i m the one and only with this systems ?

Have you tested TC6.2.1 on your tactical unit?

I would recommend you to open an case with Cisco TAC to have this looked at.

Thanks for the Info i have allready opend a TAC Case 627383133 !!!

I have also tried TC6.2.1 it is still the same.

We just upgraded our VX Tactical to 6.2.1 and experienced the same issue.  The camera no longer works.  Also we get random messages that the codec isn't accesible.

I roll back to the original 5.1 release and it works fine.

Any news on when this will be fixed in 6.2?

I have Cisco TelePresence VX tactical in which these is an
hardware CTS-TACT-K9, and in this there is an image
processing CMOS camera whose pics are attached with. I need
this camera. Camera shall get fix in my telepresence.
Can anyone please help me to locate this camera. I just have
pics to share with you, if you are kind enough to dugout the
camera.
