Webex Room Kit Plus poor video when Speaker Track ON

Greetings, we have a few WebEx room kit plus systems running version RoomOS 2018-07-12 9f2c038ae6 and when Speaker Track is set to On, and the camera zooms/ follows the speaker, the picture is far from HD quality.  If I disable Speaker Track then the image quality is beautiful.  Would this be a bug in the software or is that a limitation of the Speaker track feature?  Many thanks!

That should be a SW bug. The camera is, if memory serves, 4K so it can still transmit HD when doing Best Overview or SpeakerTrack. Open a case and put pressure on them to troubleshoot it in the current build instead of stalling in hopes the next build fixes it.

It could be a motion/quality tradeoff if there is not enough bandwidth available.   Higher motion / FPS on the same bandwidth will be a lower resolution than less motion at a higher resolution.
