WebEx Room Kit Plus

Hi,

I have a site that recently installed a Room Kit Plus, the datasheet indicates that it comes with integrated microphone, but the it doesn't work. Is there a configuration that needs to be done?

The WRK Plus, via the Quad Camera does not have an integrated MIC. Only the plain Room Kit has an integrated MIC.

The mic built into the room kit plus is strictly for speaker tracking and not for audio pickup.  for that you will need to put in the table or ceiling microphones.

You possibly missed the little star on the data sheet where it says integrated speakers and microphones *

At the bottom of the data sheet, the * is expanded as:

* Integrated microphones for speaker tracking only
