  Do you know the lifetime product partner number instead of annual subscription? cause the customer already have the some license and want to add some users.

AFAIK Perpetual License are EOL announced. All are flex plan now. I can see TP-SMP-K9 available on CCW which is perpetual license and I can see this part number mentioned on data sheet. nothing for LIC-CMS-PMP+ in CCW.
