When you browse to an endpoint running the TC software to the Call page you can click the 'i'-button (information) to have an overview of the call statistics (see attached screenshot).
Is this information also available in one of the logs on the endpoint?
You have plenty of log files but I do not have a clue where to look.

Hi,
Unfortunately the logs doesn't store the media statistics. We have to check the xstatus from the CLI during the live call to check the media statistics

I find this a big shortcoming if the call statistics are not available in any logfiles.
This is crucial information needed for troubleshooting that cannot be found in TMS neither in the VCS logs.

Hi,
We can still see the Jitter & packet loss values from the "diagnostics -> Call History" for all the previous calls
