Where to find the main S/N on an EX60

I realize this may sound like a moot question, but the fact is that the S/N we have on file is not correct and neither is the one supplied by the customer who is located way out of town. So, the question is, where on the EX60's body is the proper S/N located? We need this in order to renew the service contract. Thanks to anyone who might be able to help

It is located on the lower back of the unit, the area where the power, data, touch, PC ports are.

What about checking the web interface or via SSH for the serial number, if you have remote access?  Or talk them through it.

Thanks for the pointer, we don't have remote access unfortunately as the unit is on a closed VPN with no outside access.

We have installed very few of the units so I was at a loss as to the exact physical location.

Thanks again
