What is the procedure to follow if thousandeyes is not accessible or available? Please suggest steps/procedure to follow.

There is no issue. I just want to know what actions to take in case thousandeyes is not available.

A good rule to begin with is to verify that the product is still working for everyone. We keep a status page public for everyone at this link.

For Enterprise Agents that are not accessible or available, the first step would be to verify if the service/container is running on the host or not (this can be check on the host itself). 

If it is confirmed that ThousandEyes is running, and verified that the service/container is running on the host, the next step would be to contact our Support team for additional, account specific troubleshooting.
