AD role mapping to UCSD role mapping issue

My partner Cognizant has an issue while testing UCSD.

The setup is part of a Security CoE lab that they use to demonstrate to customers.

 

When trying to test Active Directory integration and mapping AD synched users to UCSD Roles, for some reason that AD role mapping to UCSD roles isn’t happening and the synch task is not picking up the user group memberships from AD correctly.

 

Can someone help on this
