Compound Task / Workflow

Is there a means whereby I can find everywhere that my compound task is used in other workflows? 

Same question for Custom Workflow tasks.

more specifically something that I could run that would produce a report for "custom workflow x" is used in these workflows:

wf1, 2, 3, 4 

etc
