The work around we found was using the task 'Execute Network Device CLI' and do something like the following

configure terminal

interface vlan ${VLAN_ID}

vrf member ${VRF_CONTEXT}

exit

p.s. you will need to create 'User Inputs' with Label 'VLAN_ID' and 'VRF_CONTEXT'
