Our system cisco 12.5 unity and call manager
I have 2 call handler
the main number of the customer and a operator number
whne we call the outside the main number there is no problem the unity wellcome voice is ok but coulnd't trasnfer to central hunt group number on the cucm

The System Configuration Guide for CUC is not particularly clear on the CSSes that must be configured for functionality.
The Inbound CSS is for calls that CUC makes, like Notifications and MWI (for SCCP intergrations)
The Rerouting CSS and Out-Of-Dialog Refer CSSes are used for calls that flow into CUC from CUCM but then flow back to CUCM.
Make sure all three are configured, and reset your trunk. Let us know how it goes.
