Hi Everyone
We recently switched from PRI to SIP and now when someone calls 911 the operator doesn't see any address or phone number. But when I switch the route pattern's GW/RL back to the PRI it works, what on the SIP trunk would cause this to happen.

Hi Eric,
Can you get "debug ccsip messages" for a test call through that SIP trunk from the gateway on which the call terminates. Also, share the running config from that gateway/CUBE. If the caller id is passed correctly from cucm in the debugs then there could be a config issue on the gateway , else cucm config might be faulty.

Does your SIP provider support Enhanced 911? Does the call route to expected local PSAP?
