9971 and Tandberg C60 or other Cxx

With just CUCM 8.0.x, VCS (5.2) and Codian MCU, there is no way a 9971 can talk video to a Tandberg C60, correct?  The only call possible is audio--with the boxes I mentioned.  Just want to confirm (and this is because of codec differences between 9971 and C60)

MXP works with 9971. But there is no description about C series
