A-FLEX-3 licensing for VG400

Putting together a Cisco A-FLEX-3 Named User estimate for a premise CUCM system. Will include a VG400-2FXS/2FXO gateway. What FLEX licenses, if any, are needed to enable the FXO ports and the FXS ports?

It depends on what protocol you use for configuring ports.

if ports  are configured as SCCP you need access license and if using MGCP AFAIK it doesn’t consume license.
