Agent Desktop 8.5 minimizes by itself

We have agents using the Agent Desktop 8.5 that after they log in and attempt to maximize or minimize the screen the window minimizes to the bottom system try then you can't maximize no matter what you do.

We are seeing this behavior on pc's with Win7 enterprise and Cisco Desktop Agent 8.5.

We have the default window setting in Agent Desktop set to "Normal" although one had it set to "stealth". We defaulted them back to "normal"

They have have been using this set up, Win7 and agent desktop 8.5 for 1-3 months wit no issue, this just seems to have started this week?

Any direction would be helpful......

Hi Joe,

At Agetn Desktop go to: Desktop Preference->Always on top, it should work. You can try installing a new version of Call Agent.
