Hi,
I have agents logged into CAD and are in ready state, but these agents are not visible when the supervisor logs into CSD.
I'm on UCCX 10.x, CAD system, CSD system and UCCX server are on LAN, so guess no firewall issue.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

I hope that you have assigned these resources and their respective CSQs under the supervisor control on CCX Administration. I will still recommend that check FW or port blockage again

This turned out to be a port blockage issue on firewall.
UCCX was unable to communicate to Supervisor and Agent on 59020,59021.
