So you can see both TFTP and FTP works properly, normally after:
WARNING:: Software installation will clear disk contents
Continue [n]? y
Next step you should see the screen to choose the language, and continue.
But for mine, it didn’t shows me the choose language screen, however it went rebooting again, and then the rebooting just cycling as previous.
Anyone has encountered the same problem before? Or some experience guy can give me a help.
Thanks a lot.

You should use latest CUE software, not that old one.

Hi Paolo,
actaully I tried, but the same result, so that's why I choose the the old version to near the previouse version in the CUE, I believe is 2.x.x. Any other idea?
thanks,

Can be faulty hardware.

Don't know at this moment. I bought it on ebay, so before I ship it out, hope I can fix it.
thanks,
