Hi ,

We have a  Cisco  VG204  , integrated with CUCM v14 on SCCP protocol.

The problem that we have one anolog phone makes several calls alone during the day.

We don't have any config PLAR .

voice-port 0/0
mwi
cptone FR
timeouts initial 60
timeouts interdigit 60
timeouts ringing infinity
caller-id enable

dial-peer voice 100 pots
service stcapp
port 0/0

Can  you  find below the debug  when the analog phone made a call.

On the CDR  of this phone , on the called party we found : null null

Could you help me to solve this problem ?

Thank you in advance

Best regards

I would look in the CUCM CDRs to solve this.  I know you said that the called party was null : null, however there are a few other fields that may be work investigating:

  • originalCalledPartyNumber
  • finalCalledPartyNumber
  • finalCalledPartyUnicodeLoginUserID
  • destDeviceName
  • destIpAddr

Probably a few others I'm not thinking of right now.  You could use the a CDR reporting tool like VoIP Detective, it's free and will provide information about call legs, origin / destination, as well as the end users assigned to those devices.
