ARC Attendant Console, still dont have features of the old CUCM AC

Being several years (5+) and the ARC OEM Attendant Console Solution still dont match several features on the old integrated AC like bulk speed dial import. Other features like speed dial search (not sort), multiples phone  lines support, unrestrictive field search using any CUCMfield, etc etc not even in the map.

Anyones knows an alternative to this product?

There are so many alternatives now that I've lost track. You can browse through the Solutions Catalog to find offerings. I had listed a few options in a previous thread. There is at least one other thread floating around the forums with more options but I can't find it at the moment.
